Mine first visit in this restaurant. Food spot on, absolutely lovely service by Joe good to know such a great place still in Mansfield.

Alex was a great host, always checking everything was ok. We go here regularly and can never fault the service we get. Would highly recommend to others. Can't wait to return for another visit

Lisa at Mansfield our waitress was and always is amazing with us and the kids. Nothing is ever too much trouble and makes us feel welcome. All the other staff are lovely too. Our favourite restaurant to eat at. (Different to Nottingham Corner house who have a very poor service.

Great service, food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. I also appreciate how thorough they are with allergies. I have an egg allergy for finding food that I can have is quite difficult but they were happy to help and even changed the type of pasta in my dish for an egg-free one! Lovely place

We came last night to celebrate my birthday. Also had the opportunity to use a voucher, which was the main reason for the choice of venue. Food was lovely, we enjoyed 3 courses. Chloe M was our server and she was friendly and although it began to get busier towards the end of our meal she was quick to get our dessert order and then payment. Excellent service. View menu

The food was very good for a restaurant chain, food came very quickly. I've marked the service down, we hadn't booked and although greeted within a minute or two, getting seated took far longer than it needed too as there were 90% free tables! But only two girls working (rotating the bar and tables). I've been here before within the last year and service was excellent. The restaurant has some nice theming, and makes for a good first visit.

Slow service spoiled everything, took 15 mins to be acknowledged and seated, then another 10 mins before food order then wait for food, then wait for plates to be cleared to order deserts, then wait some more for desserts then wait some more to ask for the bill, then wait some more to pay. You will become very familiar with the waiting sign, the menu, empty dishes, empty table... To be fair, it's the management that is the problem, staff tried their best but far too many table for a few waitresses unfortunately

A fantastic time was had for our first wider family meal on three years (9 of us, 3 children). So lovely to see the children chatting and eating great food together. Food was lovely, although could have been warmer. Service was outstanding. Jo really looked after us which really made the overall experience top notch. We will definitely be visiting again as a family group in a few months as they can certainly cater great food well for a larger group. Worth adding one of our party was gluten intolerant, all food cane with a GF flag and Jo even went to the trouble of bringing a new tub of ice cream to the table to ensure the person was happy it was suitable for her.
