Bellevue - Menu

A restaurant that I recommend, who listen to us, smile, take great care. A very warm place. For the food, very good quality, sumptuous and plentiful from the beginning to the end of the meal.

I did not receive a bathrobe, the rooms did not have carpets in the bathroom, I did not receive slippers, which room, at breakfast we received the same menu for the whole stay, we We tried to talk to bring us something else, but received a refusal.

Pitiful service.. completely disappointed.. many omissions in order requests, waiting time I don't talk about it.. no commercial gesture while 7 problems were raised in 1 evening spent at the table.. it's the last time that we will go there.. Service: 1 View menu

Porrentruy ist doch immer mal einen Ausflug wert, bei schönem Wetter haben wir das Restaurant Bellevue getestet. Die Sitzbereiche unter den Bäumen sind sehr schön die Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen „Tagesmenu“ war Ok obwohl die Pommes zu fettig waren. Preis Leistung ist auch in Ordnung von meiner seite knapp 4 Punkte, gut aber nicht sehr gut.

We are 2 friends and we spent one night in 2 single rooms. The service was exceptional as well as the food we had that evening. I have absolutely no criticism to make of this establishment. It is clean and comfortable and delivers what is written on the paper. Delicious wines. Many tables. Large parking lot. I repeat, the welcome was adorable and remained so throughout the stay.

Very bad stay. And bad faith staff. (Especially the boss and his mother. Be careful, she is the one who answers the phone) we had made changes in advance by phone and they pretended that it was not true. We were charged for 2 nights too long. It is probably the only place or the best place to stay in Jura. We were there in the evening we couldn't assess the surroundings very well. However the hotel seems to be a little bit on the hill. The hotel and restaurant is popular among visitors of this little town. The waiting staff is very nice, but the food was rather unusual. The mushroom soup was a bit oversalted. But the salad and the dessert were rather good.

wir waren an Mittag zum Kaffee und Dessert das erste Mal im Lokal im Hotel Restaurant Bellevue. Der Garten sehr schön angelegt, viel Schattenplätze, modernes Design. Die Dame im Servie sehr nett, schnelle Bedienung. Nur mit den BAG Regeln Corona nahm es die Angestellt leider nicht sehr ernst. Dessertkarten wurden nicht gereinigt, die Tische ebenfalls nicht gereinigt am Nebentisch verliessen während unsere Anwesenheit 2 mal die Leute den Tisch wurde nicht geputzt, gereinigt. Schade, das Lokal müsste hier besser geführt werden. Ansonsten gut , Essen würde ich hier auf Grund der andern Meinungen der Leute die schon hier waren nicht.

What a disappointment for an establishment which nevertheless has a certain potential. Deplorable service, long and impersonal. Too expensive for what it is ! The vegetables were probably frozen. Despite announcing that two people did not eat gluten when booking several days before, no effort was made. Worse, the staff had forgotten between the starter and the main course, we had to send our plates back. Result: I ate a steak without sauce, without seasoning, at the price displayed on the menu and without the slightest compassion from the staff. The supposedly homemade crème brûlée contains gluten according to the waitress.... And I won 't talk about the menu for seniors what a shame. View menu
