It’s just a 5 minute walk (through a beautiful park that’s...located near the square). Beltempo has a small menu with nice, fresh Tuscan food. The staff is very friendly. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the distance, looking over the hills, you’ll see the towers of the famous town San Gimignano."

I went back to the restaurant after a year because of bruises. I was surprised by the ice cream station at the entrance. ice cream is created artisanally and is very good, especially the stracciatella made with pieces of chocolate. very recommended. View menu

We had the Pici, the chicken, swordfish and maccheroni. Grilled vegetable and fries on the side. All dishes were of a good quality. The pear and chocolate dessert was particularly good. Service was very good, very helpful and spoke English well. A top spot!

We spent a week in Gambassi Terme and because of a very pleasant experience on our first visit to Beltempo we returned each day. Menu is fabulous with good authentic Italian dishes but it’s also nice to sit outside on the restaurants patio area with...a glass of wine or beer enjoying the ambience of the piazza.
