"The Bento Box called us to the New Year's Eve at 13:30, that our table reservation at 19:00 cannot be noticed as it would have been until 17:00. Why then even a reservation was possible, you could not explain. There was nothing about the changed opening time. You told us we could eat a joke at 3:00. Alternatively, I asked if we could deliver food, but our address was too far for the delivery service. We should have picked it up. This makes the Bento Box for us unfortunately as a restaurant selection!!! Such a devastating behavior is not possible!"
