"The BIANCA restaurant is like a hidden treasure where we were offered delicious dishes and a breathtaking view. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga top notch very tasty fried fish and we finished with a superb eggnog parfait!!!! The location, all furnished in white, made us feel like we were transported to a sea cloud. The outdoor terrace offers an unparalleled experience, with the sound of the waves lulling your senses as you enjoy an unforgettable lunch/dinner. We noticed that during the colder months you can enjoy the view of the sea thanks to the veranda closed by transparent windows. It's like being in a giant aquarium, only instead of fish, there are delicious dishes that make you feel like a fish in water. They even have a base on the rocks with direct access to the sea where you can sunbathe and enjoy a day of total relaxation. How I missed returning to Bianca! The welcome and the environment are always impeccable. The veranda with a view, especially after the recent renovation, gives you the joy of eating deliciously and immersed in the sea. Spaghetti with clams and space bottarga, always a certainty. Restaurant with very high prices not adequate for the quality of clams prepared in the morning and not at the moment as an express dish. Among other things, served without shells and parsley because, according to the chef, the restaurant aims to avoid getting customers' hands and teeth dirty. I add no flavor and little cream. Excellent location with dishes without identity. Prices too high for the dishes they offer. Unfortunately the dishes did not live up to the reviews. Paccheri monkfish, cherry tomatoes and basil tasteless and flavourless. A plate of pasta with sauce arrived (too simple to cost 22 euros) with boiled and tasteless frog next to it. Spaghetti, clams and bottarga are the same. Spaghetti with a lot of oil and some clams on top. Faint flavour. You can do more if you ask for 22 euros for a dish.... Excellent location, service and cleanliness. But it's not worth it
