And Crepes, Donuts and Muffins as dessert. After the order I saw the reviews and thought oh my God! After we had ordered yesterday in a restaurant that was rated 5 stars and really had inviolable things, delivered incorrectly and had been there forever. But nothing to complain! Up! All special requests were processed correctly, the items were even marked, the pommes were super crispy, not greasy at all! Don't desalinate! The salad was great, really fresh and beautiful, even in the burgers and croques, much better than McDoof can! And even dessert. All kitchens are nicely cooled and much better than expected. No simple chocolate donation, but Milka Daim with filling! Jammi! And the super dear supplier who even exemplary wore her mask to the nose! And immediately after the order to check whether there is a real order or a fake, then she said in 40 minutes, she would deliver it from Horn to Rothenburgsort. And she did. Pretty good. And that in the great order! And I gave her some money. She owed herself for what. That was really more than deserved! Super service! Super dear supplier and phone player and super-lecker food! So I don't know what was evaluated. We are Mega satisfied and will always like to order at Big Burger!"

I dont speak good German but the guy working there understood me and tried to help by saying some things in english which was awesome. The food was good and filling. No complaints.

Disappointing. We have been three times now, the first time was excellent. The last two were very underwhelming. The only thing positive is that it came within 45 minutes. The chips were soggy. The bun was dry and falling apart. The meat tasted more steamed than grilled. The food was lukewarm at best. You can put three free add ons (including guac) and I got none of my wishes on my burger. Would not recommend.
