"a very simple looking local, in which two women work completely out of the sewn. there is approx. 5 tables with two chairs outside on each table (you can move chairs and possibly sit with four people on a table) and there are also a few tables inside (which can be used for quieter eating because of the puppies).) the selection is very limited, they can choose to breakfast or between two kinds of sweet and two types of hearty crêpes. the crêpes need something because they can bake only two at once because of the available teller, but they taste delicious. the hearty with goat cheese, tomato, dried tomato, olive and pesto is highly recommended for lunch!"

we stopped here after a hike and were pleasantly surprised. from outside it doesn't look like much, but we were very happy. the crêpes had fresh, tasty linings. they were friendly and spoke English.

Unfortunately, there was no longer a big choice for breakfast as I was late. so only had a little bit with a goat cheese. the crepes/pancakes I saw in the neighboring table have looked delicious. the services were cheerful.

our family came by after visiting the castle for lunch and we ordered all different hearty crêpes. They were all absolutely delicious and saturating. the staff was so friendly and spoke really good English. in any case bring cash with ... they do not accept credit or debit cards.

we were three in cafe and have eaten the picnic crêpes in addition to a very tasty blueberry cake. these were a true genus- pikant, kreatiw and the price performance ratio. a selected nice service. .a nice place with cuddly blankets before the cafe- what you want more! we're coming back!

we were there for an early evening meal after the obligatory excursion to the squirting ... very sweet and friendly staff and a really delicious selection of sweet and hearty crêpes, homemade ice cream and cake, all made of organic ingredients. very recommended! make sure they are there early as they close at 18 o'clock.

really a really nice caffe with love to details. we were there for third and enjoyed milk coffee, one of them in vegan design, the little cookies that there was, were themselves baked and very tasty. because we liked it so well, we have been a second time to eat there and also the vegetarian and vegan crepes have convinced us more than. small fact at the rande, on the map stands that for them bio is not a trend, but a part of their passion and that we felt, even the putzmittel on the klo, were bio -;p.

"We know Alatsee as a walking destination and decided this year to stay at the hotel by the lake as a centre for more walking and perhaps some nature. Booking was through Booking.com and straightforward. We decided on a minisuite for extra room and comfort...should the weather not cooperate. but it did so that was even nicer. The Suite consisted of a sitting room/lounge attached to a bedroom area and bathroom. All was very comfortable and agreeable. Sadly the room was at the back so there was neither much of a view and indeed no balcony for sitting out. I found that rather surprising and wonder if we had an inferior' room. But the place was pleasant enough, the welcome warm and the services all worked. It was nice to be able to take walks straight from the Hotel instead of driving anywhere and after the day visits had ended we had the lake area almost to ourselves. Breakfasts was the usual germanic buffet of cereals, cold meats and cheeses with juice and yoghurt. The service was excellent and indeed the staff actually prepared soft boiled eggs to order and timed to perfection which made a welcome change to the usual hard boiled offerings usually available. A real find for the british palette. What we found most odd was that despite being an excellent restaurant last orders for dinner was as early as 17.00. We are not habitual late diners but felt this was rather strange particularly as we were resident in the place. The place seemed to close up around 18.00 as staff left for home so I don't even know if the bar remained open later. As we had a mini apartment /suite we could of course have our own post prandial drinks in the evening but wonder how guests in smaller rooms fared."
