"as a real coffee lover and Naschkatzen-Nerd you don't get around the “Black Apron” in hildesheim. what a refreshing concept of all the others where you get your coffee and a sweet one. the design is nicely cool and cozy. the guests are a mixed publikum, but surely rather on the young side (generation y) compared to the usual caffes. . . and the place is full. the barista knows what he does and the coffee quality is simply super. same applies to baked cakes and cookies. the ny cheese cake is creamy and rich, but not too heavy. the cheesecake bread was one of the best "cuts I've ever had. kekse are also great and this also applies to the scones. everything is freshly baked, they can see into the open kitchen and see what comes in the many and comes out. the team there is very friendly. all this makes the black apron the best place for all cuffs to enjoy a time out with the perfect cup coffee and the perfect piece of cake and tort. thanks, black apron, for the great time we had."

this small street café is my favourite place to the coffee barn in hildesheim. they serve not only the best flat white of the city, but also juicy and tasty cakes and biscuits. coffee, limonade, cold brew and everything else to take. international staff and a great atmosphere with nice melodies in the background. I can only recommend this hotel warmly!

We were warmly welcomed and then we stood there in front of the versatile selection of cakes and fine treats! After the choice of a cake and coffee, we have bedded on the cozy bench!
