"I have visited this restaurant a few times and always ordered takeout, but yesterday was the worst experience. It was Mother's Day and our waiter was very rude, never smiling and simply saying "yep" when taking our orders, instead of asking what we wanted. He seemed annoyed that we only ordered 6 mains for a group of 9 (3 were children who don't eat much). A large soft drink cost £4.95, and the lamb tikka starter was tough and only had 4 pieces of lamb. When it came time to pay, we used 3 different cards since we were splitting the bill. The waiter made it clear that a service charge was not included, and loudly commented to his colleagues that we did not tip. We chose not to tip due to the unpleasant service, especially on Mother's Day. Thankfully, my Mum had a good sense of humor and it didn't ruin her day, but we won't be returning."

The restaurant offers great value for money and the food is excellent. It is recommended to make a reservation if you plan to visit on the weekend as it is the busiest Indian restaurant in Epsom.

I ordered food from this restaurant and it arrived with some incorrect items and was freezing cold. When I called to inquire about the mix-up, I was told it was not their problem and if I wanted the correct items replaced, I would have to pay for them. The staff was very rude. The customer service was not great at all. There are plenty of other nicer Indian restaurants in the area that probably treat their customers better, so I would not recommend this one. It's a shame that the quality has declined since I dined at the restaurant last year.
