"the restaurant is located in a small street of Saint-Germain and has tables only inside. very nice and particular furniture, I recommend it as well between friends, family and work. they prepare excellent rollers with sophisticated combinations different from the usual traditional. you can choose different breads served in 6-piece barrels (about 15€) try the one with truffle and the one with eel, really excellent. they also make a dish imagined by the chef, with a mixture of sushi, sashimi, small breads, etc. resolutely experiential (44 €). their specialty is the makis. they offer a long choice, combined with some creativity. the service is nice, the correct wine and the overall good atmosphere. I wasn't completely convinced by the salad/roquette in my makis. but it's my personal taste.

The restaurant is completely overestimated here on tripadvisor. So far, you could always rely on criticism, unfortunately not here. sushi are fresh, but absolutely medium and not really tasty. the prices are high : 2,50 € for a maki (15 € per roll). service is also antipathic and not careful. there are many better sushi restaurants at better bet prices. So, you better save money, spending here is a shame.

I went to this sushi restaurant / fusion motivated by the excellent reviews read. honestly, I was disappointed. beautiful idea to interpret makis in many variants even without rice or vegetarian, less exceptional the realization. in several makis the presence of mint or mango, which have important tastes, completely covers the fish. in other cases, fish is good but nothing special. I was expecting a lot better. the place is nice, nice to be able to dine when you see the preparation of the dishes.
