"So, I ordered a meal from here about a month ago. When I got home I realised that the order I received was someone else’s. I called and was told that I would be credited and an apology was given. Fair enough. Never received the credit but just put it down to one of those things, mistakes happen, I get it. Didn’t chase it as I enjoyed what I had. I called tonight to order a delivery and was told that I owe money so including my new meal I have to pay more money. I explained the situation but was told that their records show I owe money and they wouldn’t be delivering to me. I use to use these guys all the time even back in the day when they had a place in Windsor. I can only see one loser in this and it’s not me"

We have had a takeaway from Bokays twice in the past month! We have thoroughly enjoyed both times. It tastes very fresh and everything is so full of flavour! As vegetarians, the choice is great! We will certainly be regulars to Bokays!

My partner and I love Bokays and we have been ordering from them for the past 2 years! The food is high quality, delicious and I love that it is cooked healthily. My personal favourite dish is the lemon chicken as it reminds me of my favourite eateries in Hong Kong. Excellent and cant recommend enough. Kim View menu

My wife an I have been getting our Chinese takeaways from here for years and have never ever had any issues with the food and the owner is such a lovely lady. Even when we moved to Staines we would still go to Bokays Addlestone to get our takeaway and my brother travels from Shepperton for the same reason....this simply is the best Chinese takeaway around bar none.

I have been ordering from this takeout restaurant for several years and the food is consistently excellent. It is the best Chinese takeout in the area, in my opinion. I have never had an issue with excessive salt, but if you prefer a lighter hand, I recommend asking them to adjust it. I also request no garlic in some dishes and they are always happy to accommodate my request.
