"LOCATION:ingresso anonimo con entrata sommersa di scatoloni (orribile da vedere).MENU: Primi piatti unti . Cottura altro che al dente (sassi). Le carni eccessivamente speziate e super salate( la curcuma e ben altro).Dopodiché siamo scappati via.SERVIZIO: cameriera gentilissima e attenta.Il titolare è meglio che rimane dietro le quinte convintone e pieno di se). Menu' su carta da salumiere.CONTO: avremmo preferito pagare il doppio ma mangiar bene comunque nell'insieme prezzi onesti..Il giudizio speriamo sia costruttivo per migliorare, nella speranza che la risposta non sia la solita( che il cliente non capisce niente di cibo e che non è indispensabile un ritorno futuro).Siamo andati in giro per l'Italia nelle location che hanno vinto i 4 ristoranti di Alessandro Borghese e 2 volte nel suo ristorante. Infatti la Vs è stata un alternativa all'Archimistra che era strapieno.Vestirsi di umiltà non fa mai male e prendete la critica per migliorare in futuro."

"It is quite a bit outside of the city of Foligno and we would hardly ever have found it without a navigation system coming from SS7 (Strada Statale Flaminia). Even the entrance was not so easy to recognize as a restaurant if it hadn 't been for a small sign above the door. A small coffee bar can be reached first via a narrow staircase and you are wondering whether they really serve lunch here. Only after passing the bar and entering the first of two dining rooms through a narrow corridor you do realize the place is bigger than it appeared from the streetside. Before we even ordered anything, a plate with bruschette and two bottles of still and sparkling water were placed on the table. We didn 't get to see a menu on our first visit, instead the chef explained in words what was available that day. However, on our second visit, almost two years later, there was also a printed menu. The coratella di agnello as a starter was very good and so were the tortellini with truffles. On our second visit to the restaurant we shared Antipasto misto completo with various cold and warm starters, followed by Faraona in salmì [delicious guinea fowl] and Strapazzo di uova al tartufo [scrambled eggs with truffles]. We were not able to handle a dessert after that (even though the list on the menu looked great), but very much appreciated a bitter and a Limoncello, which was offered after presenting the bill."

"This restaurant has a beautiful interior and widely spaced tables for privacy. The staff is excellent. Our waitress spoke English well, had a ready smile, and gave lots of advice. We did try the zucchini souffle appetizer, and it was indeed excellent. The wine list was extensive, and the house red was very good. Two of our party ordered the ravioli, which was too fishy for them to eat. The waitress made no issue of them ordering another meal, although we paid for all of them. We would definitely return."
