"Italian delights that let you roll with your eyes! The Bragato promises pure and undisturbed taste experiences in a pleasant and clear ambience. This is not a dusty and cheeky rustic overloaded Italian, but a high quality restaurant with wine and fine food sale. Besides a large wine rack, mysteriously packed specialties, pasta, panettone (What would be an Italian Christmas without panettone? Balsamico and even tomato meat in the can. In a glass counter, ham, cheese and inlaid vegetables cook to the attention of guests and also want to be taken home to extend the Bragato experience in the home kitchen. A bread basket and a plate with freshly pressed olive oil float on the table as a greeting to the house. The oil tastes deliciously bitter and has dispensed with the aroma of walnuts and thank God for the suffering salt. With this pretaste, the Lasagne Napoli tasted twice as well with plenty of Mozarella. Here too, excessive salting was avoided. On one side wonderful, but perhaps the taste could be sprinkled with spices in the tomato sauce. The dessert, Panna Cotta, finally came not with strawberries, but bitter oranges... a poem!! Why does something heavenly have to make up almost a third of the total daily calorie requirement? That's so unfair;O!! Hopefully the Bragato gets its small fine card with the pasta day offers and remains true to its line. The service was very friendly and happy to provide information. The restaurant logo, a carousel, had already appeared to me outside the door and found itself right next to my table in the form of a miniature horse made of colored wood. This Charm factor increases the score to a total of 4.5 stars to reward."
