"Lunch with a couple on a lobster-foie theme. perfect composition of the different dishes, very just proposed by the sommelier chef of the wines accompanying the plates. a casual but inviting and warm welcome, a high quality service and the presence of the star chef at the end of the meal to exchange on his service. We have enjoyed ourselves and have had a great time in this beautiful establishment that deserves a great detour."

"Restaurant very badly indicated at the exit of Estagel as when coming from Perpignan, the owner certainly took us for illiterate. Arrivals under the porch apparently renovated and not lit any fleach to the restaurant. Glacial home: arrivals with half an hour in advance the owner sent us back to the museum while it would have been more commercial to install us on the terrace with a glass of water seen the high heat. Not able to drink so many wines (also excellent) we had some disparaging remarks about our consumption. The meal was good but expensive for the simplicity of the dishes served so we understood that we paid the wines. We will not advise this address."

"Adresse recommandée par la cave de Caramany, nous avons découvert ce restaurant atypique (établissement multi fonctions : restaurant scolaire dans une salle séparée...). Accueil très sympathique et souriant. Terrasse agréable à l'abri du vent. Nous nous sommes régalés avec un foie gras mi-cuit maison (digne des meilleures tables) et des grosses gambas plancha avec un aïoli (cuisson gouteuse et plat copieux (7 gambas)) ! Dessert simple mais efficace sous la forme d'une excellente crème brûlée... Si vous êtes de passage à Latour de France, à ne louper sous aucun prétexte !"

"Pas beaucoup de places mais de l authenticité dans ce resto-bar à vins: un menu unique avec de très bons produits locaux et bien cuisinés! Le chef est un passionné de cuisine et de vin et on le sent quand il en parle.Le service a été trop long, c'est dommage car l'araignée de porc etait tout simplement excellente avec son petit jus...Vous avez la possibilité de prendre des ardoises avec charcuterie et fromage pour accompagner les bons vins proposés si vous souhaitez simplement grignoter (ou si comme ns l attente est trop longue;-).Tout était très bon: de la charcuterie au dessert, et pour finir un geste commercial sur l addition et un marc de raisin offert pr s excuser de l attente...bravo!Pour la note, j aurais aimé mettre entre 3(moyen) et 4(très bon) mais ce n est pas possible sur TripAdvisor"

"This place is hidden away in a little village amongst the vines, about 30 mins from Perpignan. It is definitely worth the trip. Despite having a michelin star, it retains a country auberge' feel, with the chef/owner greeting you and seeing you to your table....There is a terrace for summer dining and a cozy dining room for the winter months. We had a bit of a blowout here taking the truffle menu at 85€ for four courses! It was excellent, with two dishes reaching well above the 1* level for me (an egg in a black shell made entirely of truffles, and a wonderful stew of lobster, chicken and truffles). However, you can eat much more frugally here at lunchtime there is a 19€ menu which seems ridiculously cheap for this quality of cooking! And in the evening there is a 35€ menu which looked very good. The service was knowledgeable and good-humoured, and there is a short but very well-chosen wine list. Again, the prices are very reasonable and we enjoyed two excellent bottles from older vintages at under 30€ per bottle. The icing on the cake is the rooms on site clean, comfortable and priced between 60-80€. Very welcome after a big night of food and drink, and a good base to visit the beautiful Agly Valley."
