"Absolut genialer Aufenthalt erlebt. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels machen Ausflüge zum See oder in die wunderschöne Altstadt problemlos möglich. In die Altstadt hoch, haben wir ein Taxi genommen, zurück, runter, sind wir gelaufen, ca. 20min von der Kathedrale bis zum Hotel. Die Zimmer top modern eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und in den Park. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in den Zimmer. In der Nacht war rein gar nichts zu hören, diese Räume wurden top isoliert. Ein Geheimtip ist die Skylounge im 7. Stock die einen fast 360° Blick über Lausanne bietet und absolut geniales Essen serviert. Trotz 5 Sternehaus waren wir positiv überrascht über das kollegiale Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Kein übertriebenes Getue, einfach menschlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Rooms: Die Zimmer top modern eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und in den Park. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in den Zimmer. A good option for a business lunch. The Brasserie has 4 different rooms which give you good privacy. Superior service. Daily menu reasonably priced plus la carte with multiple choices.

Friendly and attentive service. Excellent food with a good balance of flavors. They met our special request with an even better alternative. We asked for a birthday cake and got a million layer of French dessert that was tastier when we expected.

Top quality! I was in a few 5 star places (3 star Michelin) and this one definitely meets. The food is not too expensive, but exquisite, and the small additional bonus to watch the cooks at work, as in the photo, was a very beautiful note in fact. Recommend it for both connoisseurs and the normal public alike.

Pretty hotel, high quality breakfast, refined brasserie as well as the service. The staff is present, discreet and helpful. Room and bedding at the top. Spa and swimming pool is a nice plus. Very modern atmosphere, lively with kind yet young staff. The food was good, not amazing but way too overpriced. For starters: We had the carpaccio (not super thin though) and céleri. Both were good but not WOW, nothing to be remembered. For main: cod and entrecôte. Those were really good and well served. I appreciate I could choose my own knife. I was still disappointed by the béarnaise sauce. For desert we got the Moelleux au chocolat that was good but again nothing WOW.
