"Absolut genialer Aufenthalt erlebt. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels machen Ausflüge zum See oder in die wunderschöne Altstadt problemlos möglich. In die Altstadt hoch, haben wir ein Taxi genommen, zurück, runter, sind wir gelaufen, ca. 20min von der Kathedrale bis zum Hotel. Die Zimmer top modern eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und in den Park. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in den Zimmer. In der Nacht war rein gar nichts zu hören, diese Räume wurden top isoliert. Ein Geheimtip ist die Skylounge im 7. Stock die einen fast 360° Blick über Lausanne bietet und absolut geniales Essen serviert. Trotz 5 Sternehaus waren wir positiv überrascht über das kollegiale Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Kein übertriebenes Getue, einfach menschlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Rooms: Die Zimmer top modern eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und in den Park. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in den Zimmer. In der Nacht war rein gar nichts zu hören, diese Räume wurden top isoliert."

Top quality! I was in a few 5 star places (3 star Michelin) and this one definitely meets. The food is not too expensive, but exquisite, and the small additional bonus to watch the cooks at work, as in the photo, was a very beautiful note in fact. Recommend it for both connoisseurs and the normal public alike.
