"My wife and I were staying at the Hotel Mirabeau in Lausanne and after a full day of sightseeing wanted someplace close for a quiet dinner. La Bruschetta was a block away and looked appealing. My wife ordered a pizza and I had one of the pasta specialities (I have forgotten the name). We were seated at an inside table by the window so we could watch the passersby a favorite activity. The service was excellent. The food was very good and plentiful. And the prices were very reasonable; with mineral waters, our total bill came to 42 swiss francs. We would definitely go back again."

A very pleasant birthday evening. All the service staff were extremely friendly, a top dinner in every way.

Very good takeaway pizza, made quickly, and friendly staff. Not particularly cheap though, I paid 18.50 for a tomato/cheese/herb pizza View menu

Perhaps the best Italian restaurant in town, with excellent food and fantastic service, at very reasonable prices. Close to the CFF station.

In support of this restaurant which is being attacked by rag readers and who are not even concerned by the matter. Taking down a trade behind a screen is so easy....

Excellent cuisine. Bad business practice. (Inadmissible supplement without drink). There are many other good Italians in Lausanne. So I choose not to go back there again. View menu

Very good. By chance, I went back there last week. Given the quality of everything, I am not shocked by the principle of charging 3 francs for cutlery for people who do not have a drink (as long as this is indicated on the menu). The staff deserve their salary. And it is with the turnover that he is paid. Support for this establishment in this controversy.

My son and I dined here, while visiting this glorious town this past summer. The staff is very helpful and kind gave us marvelous suggestions about the menu. Most of the waiters speak English; even the French speaking waiters know enough English (if you don't know even a smattering of French) to politely be of assistance! The menu was full of delicious choices. We had a wonderful dinner!
