Eventually, we were seated at a table in the children's area, but the staff member from the play area was loudly venting about her terrible day to all the customers. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and excessively greasy. I definitely won't be returning. I also felt bad for the guests waiting in line at the door; I hope they had a better experience than we did.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during my visits to a nearby attraction while staying at the attached Premier Inn. Both aspects fell short of my expectations. The breakfast was nearly cold, definitely below the safe temperature for food at a buffet. Additionally, the bar service in the evening was understaffed and quite slow. I won’t be returning. I have been three times and every time the service is a shambles. The last time we were there we waited over an hour for desserts. I got a refund, packed up all our stuff to leave with our kids and on the way out or deserts turned up. The food is ok and the place is nice. It's a shame about the service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The team was attentive, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable and providing everything we needed at the table. The beer garden is stunning and well-positioned to soak up the sun. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely dining experience with great ambiance. It’s a charming spot to relax outside after your meal. I rate it 5 stars! Great job! Just a note: please don’t rush the cook; the food was perfect!
