"we find it hard to find somewhere in ellesmere port that has more than one or two good veggie options the selection here was great, there were 5 courses for £12 deal (poppadome, starter, 2 pages and a main and/or desert) and veggie options were as disc wiper (cheese,) or mushrooms or mixed veg (both classic) the food was well prepared, really tasted great, the service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere was also beautiful. we would recommend this place if they are in the harbour and are needed somewhere to dinner for a veggie curry or to go out for one!"

We have a take out every month and it's always absolutely delicious. Can't damage the food, the service or anything like that. Simply amazing.

Food was absolutely amazing as always, I had the chicken madras and pilau rice with saag aloo and cheesy naan. Couldn’t fault it at all. My wife had the chicken tikka honey masala and spicy chips with rice. Delicious! We’ll come back again View menu

My friend and I ordered a takeaway at the weekend. Instead of a meal we decided to order several small dishes like an Indian tapas. It was absolutely delicious. Photo attached shows our Sizzlin Spice Wave Platter, Chicken Chat Puri ,Cauliflower Bhaji, Tarka Dahl...and Mushroom Rice.

We used this delivery on a regular basis before covid and had no complaints. But since lockdown was lifted the food and service is poor. We tried it in August and was disappointed so stuck to the local Chinese takeaway. Decided tonight to try Indian...again and unfortunately they sent the wrong meals then when they replaced them the food was substandard. Fair to say I'll never use them again.

We didn't think to try this restaurant, then a good friend invited us to try it, I am so glad that we did. The food was fantastic on both visits so far. Ali and the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The...menu is traditional but also includes many innovative dishes (these guys really know their food science) inspired by different countries. It boasts a large spotless gleaming open plan kitchen and really nice decor. We will now be regular customers.

"Our first experience at a Zizzi… We arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday expecting the place to be packed but happily we managed to get a table straight away we had a nice booth tucked away in the corner. I visited the toilets first of all which, let me just say.. the corridor definitely took me by surprise! Each toilet is in its own little room with your own personal sink, I think it’s the best way to have public toilets. First of all, we ordered drinks which was 2x glass bottle cokes which are the best type our drinks came with a complimentary portion of pasta crisps. We ordered a cheesy garlic bread without the caramelised onions for starter which arrived pre sliced and was really delicious, it could’ve done with a little more cheese though. For mains, my partner had spaghetti bolognese and I had the pepperoni campagna pizza with added chicken. The pizza was delicious, a little unbalanced on the toppings, it was nice and full on the right side of the pizza compared to the left side but I was full by the time I reached that side anyway! Bonus points for the mini pizza cutter, that was brilliant. The food was generally good, my partner said the spaghetti needed a little salt to bring the flavour out but it was a good sized portion and both meals were made with quality ingredients. During the main course, I ordered a couple of “softail” drinks; the Pineapple Punch and the Passion Fruitini I wasn’t very impressed with these, they were far too sweet and mostly filled with ice, I just expected more for from two drinks that cost £9.90. The staff were generally friendly, we did keep hearing one of the chefs shouting at one of his co workers, something about a metal bowl but he was very loud and aggressive not something you want to have on show if you’re going to have a open kitchen in your restaurant. We used the QR code to pay our bill which was a nice and easy way to do it."
