"This place is an absolute joke. I arrive at the shop at 12.05am on a Friday night as the website said they close at 2am. I turned up, the shutters were down and there were people inside the shop. I called from outside the shop and told them I'm here to order food, they said they closed at 11pm. I said their website said they close at 2am, the worker wasn't offering any explanation and kept saying they were closed. This made me incredibly angry as I drove 15 minute to this spot as it was halal and i heard it was a relatively popular franchise. The whole ordeal was absolutely shambolic, there were no clarity and it was downright frustrating. I'm not from the area but if I come back I will avoid this place at all cost. Pathetic."

omg best burger I've ever been 50 so had a few in the past. like the fact that it was not fat, but at the same time not dry simply perfect I have double paid this in the restaurants in camberley nothing comes near it the chips also tasted delicious. bravo

always really good eating, from here many times ordered. we had 1 experience where the food came stone cold, but this was clear because only eat drivers not one bag. they cried burger plus and they got it immediately replaced and was great as always. highly recommended!

Over priced, over rated, poor service. Would not recommend. The lunches are even worse. Obviously not many regulars as no one seems to know the system for being seated, where to sit, how to order etc. Kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, now given up as no improvement.

Been here several times now and have made my mind that today was the last time after the quality of food was provided the burgers were smothered in sauce can taste more sauce that the patties the chips was good but again few extra chips wont kill you the yellow cobtainer was practically empty.

I can't give this restaurant a zero star rating. This was the worst kebab I have ever tried. First, our order was incorrect and when they brought out the replacement, the "tomato ketchup" was actually pizza sauce and the barbecue sauce did not taste like barbecue sauce at all. I can't even describe the flavor. It was inedible. When we tried to contact the takeaway, they hung up and said they would speak to us tomorrow. We didn't receive a refund and the food was not edible.
