"Yesterday night I went to this place with my friends. The waiter who came to take our order was tooooo rude and unprofessional. I had been here before and I liked the food very much (I really should appreciate the cook for this). But this time the experience was nothing but a diaster. I have been to many restaurants in many countries and have never faced a horrible service like this. We were insulted and kicked out of the restaurant. I'm definitely not coming back to this place again and recommend to anyone. Finally we went to another nearby restaurant where the staffs were polite."

Really good food, portions were a bit smaller than iniatially expected but I think they were the perfect size. Super friendly staff and the food came quickly. 10 out of 10 for the staff!

it was unfortunately delivered the wrong burger (with ziegenkäse o.O) and the pommes were already cold because the delivery time was from picking up at bourgeoisheart to ringing in pieschen 40min o.O

the burgers and pommes are really good. I always like to eat there. only unfortunately it was almost cold this time. the box with pommes was also seemingly open to delivery all the time, therefore a little dry in the taste.

I'm very upset this time with burgerheart. Finally I saw that the schickimicki burger was back in the menu so I ordered one with bio patty fleisch. The meat was extremely flat and almost burnt. Very disappointing due to the high price of the burger.
