Productos muy bien seleccionados, dominando su tratamiento con mano experimentada para una cocina tradicional, acertada y rebosante de ese cariño que la buena cocina exige: Croquetas riquísimas, carrilleras, samosas de cordero, alcachofas y bacalao a baja temperatura, boletus salteados... La atención es impecable por su profesionalidad y respeto. Aquí no se improvisa nada, sencillamente se trabaja mucho el acierto.
