"One word TERRIBLE! We were four of us there my wife, two small children and me. First of all, I found hair in the dish, which it is per se not a problem, it happens. The plate of my wife was dirty. The problem was, that when we asked to get the new plate and the new dish, the owner came and started to complain to US, that the hair is not from them, but from us and when we asked to get the new plate/dish, he said that he would not bring us that, because it was his restaurant and that he can do whatever he likes . And the end, I wanted to drink an espresso, and he again came and said he would not serve it to me. Unbelievable! From an owner I expect a bit more respect. And above all, we were with two small kids."
