"We stopped at this lovely restaurant on our way from Paris to Carcassonne by train and were fortunate to have an hour and a half between connections. We had pre booked our table and were not disappointed with our choice. The decor was in a nostalgic style, the staff attentive and the choice of food that we made was perfect. Charm of an old brewery, classic... sublime! the sumptuous oysters, white asparagus (season as at home and a garret (braised on sauerkraut all did honorable. nice staff, efficient, makes nicely small services, with smile. Thank you... very nice. cool. I like it. So, I recommend. A beautiful house.
