"In a town awash with sidewalk cafe/bars, we chose Mazarelos because of the mesero Alejandro, who welcomed us at the door as if we were his favorite grandparents. Once inside this immaculate cafe we encountered the other 2/3 of the hardworking staff, a friendly barman and a talented and gracious chef. Busy as they were, each of them found time and energy to attend to us with genuine smiles and entertaining small talk. Drinks came with tasty, creative and generous free tapas, and our dinner was ample to share. Try the pimientos del padrón (in season), a plateful of savory roasted peppers. Warning: some are hot, some are not. I thought the skinny ones were safe, but don't rely on me; I might have been under the influence of the warm atmosphere and the chilled Albariño."

This is the first time eating at this cafe bar and the overall experience was very good! The sandwiches were very good and service was average! They had an outside seating. The cafe is located in old town center.

coffee with patio in the center of santiago, have vegan and vegetarian options. We order the rice wok with vegetables and tofu (8€ and the vegan burger (8 € . is not for throwing rockets, it is basic but acceptable food. It makes you get out of the pass at a good price (the lentil patty of the very tasty burger, and the very good bread, but maybe I'd add something else besides lettuce and tomato to the dish.

We've had coffee with soy milk and a tomato toast. for breakfast there are no other options. He's offered us several cakes, but he sees the league that has cheese or egg. Then he tried to offer me another egg cake saying they were natural. I explained to him that being vegan is by the ingredients not by the origin. not very good optional for breakfast. the waiter doesn't know what vegan is so she offers all sort of things that have animal ingredients, be careful and get jot a toast to be sure.

We asked for a lunch menu. We asked for a first-hand skirt salad that for my surprise was very rich. the falafels were tasty and the tomato and avocado were very good. from second a carnut wok with vegetables and tofu, which was good but not to launch rockets. what I got was the carrot cake, which I found very good, very juicy and very rich. In the menu price comes in coffee, they have vegetable milk that made me have a coffee with soy milk. The waitress was very nice, the problem is that when we went to pay they told us they didn't accept cards when they didn't put it anywhere so we lived a little uncomfortable. Everything else is fine!
