Caffe Concerto 78 Brompton Road

I went to harrods with my family we decided to go to this caffeine, it was amazing place amazing service especially by ahmed and alex very kind both thank them in any case we will visit again.

excellent with a variety of choices, including desserts. a perfect service. directly opposite harrods. absolutely recommend this place for a coffee. dessert or lunch. something in the menu for everyone.

We were served by a lovely man named Saad! He was polite, nothing was too much trouble and was considerate of our requests and any allergies. Honestly, if only every restaurant had a Saad in it! Due to his exceptional service, we have returned back...and recommended the Knightsbridge branch to others to visit. Well done Saad.

Disappointing from start to finish. Person serving us was more interested in organising staff than taking out order. We also had a several “we don’t have any of those”. Inevitably when the order did come it was wrong. When the bill was paid (with a...service charge) we didn’t even get a thank you. Looks amazing but won’t be back !

Me and my boyfriend decided to go for a quick cup of tea and pastry. It wasnt quick. They brought him his scones and completely forgot about my chocolate croissant. We let a waiter know that they had forgotten. 10 minutes passed and no chocolate...croissant. When we spoke to another waiter we found out that there actually wasnt any chocolate croissants.

The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed inviting however when we were seated it showed how crowded and badly arranged the tables were constant waiters pushing past chairs. The waiters seemed clueless and had to be asked many times for basic things like sugar and...a tea spoon which would be expect when you order tea. The food was overpriced and I could of bought a better pizza at Aldi. Clumsy food and overall was not worth £20 a main! Unpleasant experience and would not recommend to anyone who wants nice food and a relaxing atmosphere.

on an icey cold evening I entered the restaurant that wore shopping bags and looked unglamorous. the restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming. I asked if I was ordering myself, and they showed me a place where I could place my bags, watch a menu and order. wow! the atmosphere is elegant with beautiful chandeliers and magnificent sitting. it makes fun to spy the Dessert window box from the es pane. When I returned to my hotel about 20 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of my fungal parmesan risotto and huh with carrots and green beans. every bite was delicious and satisfying. thank you for making my last meal in london special.

I been to Cafe Concerto all over London and been pleased for the most part however on Sat 13/11/21 I went in to the Knightsbridge branch to buy some macaroons and a red velvet cake as a present. The service from the server Ahmad was...seriously poor. Macaroons are quite delicate and to see Ahmad drop them from a height into the takeaway bag in a callous manner was a surprise. At this point my friend politely suggested that he should be careful so as not to damage the goods. this place looks amazing and very welcoming from the outside. we put our order for food and two of us came first. I tried a chip and it was hardly warm. the manager (I suppose she was the manager as very intelligent dressed and the...Rest of the staff had uniform, but she has an outstanding suit) had delivered the food and I asked for vinegar. she said she would bring it. the third plate of the food came and I said to the waiter and my horned check their chips are hot as our both are cold. he didn't recognize it at all, so we wore eating. no vinegar was bought, we were completely forgotten. if that is the service that the manager offers, then it is a care.
