Cantueso - Menu

Food is great, View is spectacular and good service, I would definitely like to recommend Restaurant Cantueso.

Todo espectacular! Ensalada de mango y aguacate de la zona. El confit de pato también muy bueno! La terraza con vistas, donde corre la brisa el 10 de agosto. Muy recomendable!

Fuimos a almorzar allí ayer y fue absolutamente fantástico. El menú vegetariano es muy interesante. Excepcional para esta zona. La calidad de la comida y el servicio fueron increíbles. ¡Las vistas impresionantes! Gracias chicos, volveremos pronto View menu

I have eaten here many times over the last couple of years. The food is lovely and freshly prepared with plenty of choice. My daughter is gluten intolerant and the owner made sure the chef catered for this and even made some gluten free crepes for her. I would recommend the fish stew and the home made meat balls they are delicious. We will definitely be back!

It's been a couple of years since I was last here but I had a wonderful lunch there today. The waitress, Ana?, was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her, even organising a taxi for us. The food was delicious my salmon was perfectly cooked as was my friend's fillet steak. All of the hygiene rules were adhered to and altogether it was a delightful afternoon.

We visited Cantueso summer 2019 whilst holidaying in the area and enjoyed it so much we went back in August 2020. The welcome was as warm as before, the food fantastic. A shared mixed paella for the adults and the home made chicken nuggets for the kids. Superb views, great menu choices, lovely staff and play area for the kids. Excelente Restaurante con vistas a la Axarquia..en una zona privilegiada...con cocina de diseño y presentación muy cuidada...elaborada con productos de proximidad y cuidando todos los detalles ....El servicio con saber estar y cuidando y mimando a los comensales, en todo momento Hacer mención de nuestro camarero ÁLVARO, que no descuido ningún detalle durante la cena. Muy recomendable para disfrutar en buena compañia...Volveremos..

With two couples who had not seen inland Andalucia before staying with me I had lunch on a couple of occasions here in October. On each occasion we were impressed by the view, concerned by the last 500 metres of the drive and enjoyed the food. We variously enjoyed the scallops and the deep fried aubergine with miel de cana for starters and various fish and meat for mains. The views and garden are stunning, the service very good; it's hard to think of a better lunch venue.

Este es el mejor restaurante de la zona. La comida es increíble. El personal (y el propietario) son excelentes y divertidos. El ambiente es maravilloso. Vinimos aquí para una cata de vinos y comida a ciegas. Por razones médicas no podía comer algunos alimentos ni beber alcohol, por lo que modificaron un par de platos (de 7) para que pudiera comerlos y me dieron cócteles sin alcohol para que los deconstruyera. Atención más allá de lo excepcional. Fue una velada divertida y verdaderamente memorable. gracias gary View menu
