The staff without gloves and napkins serves ice creamS. It was a very big surprise. Don't get me wrong, I love the sweetness of this place but it was just plain dirty.

Just Eat made our order a terrible experience however the staff were very helpful when we decided to go and do just eats job and collect it ourselves! Can’t fault the staff and problem was dealt with professionally

I ordered via Uber Eats and only two thirds of my order arrived. On calling the restaurant they were no help at all and washed their hands of the issue. I can’t rate their food as I never got to eat it but their service is terrible. View menu

Not all of our order arrived, and when I called the restaurant, I was basically told that I am a liar because the person who packed the order said everything was there. Now my 6-year-old is very upset because the item he wanted didn't arrive.

Simply put, this place is a rip off. We ordered two servings of cookie dough and a waffle. The waffle was average, but a bit soggy. The cookie dough portions were incredibly small and just resembled regular store-bought cookies. For nearly ten pounds each, it's definitely not worth it.

Big choice of icecream and other lovely and fresh desserts and very lovely stuff. Constanta, the lovely young lady on duty today she knew all the ingredients the desserts are made of and helped me pick a plant based ice cream and fresh fruits topping. ordered a delivery of waffles, cookie dough and cheese cake, a bag full of rubbish turned up cookie dough was a hard as a rock, waffles were a soggy mess in a box, the cheese cake was off the cream was discoloured the fruits on the top were dried out and the bottom of the carton it was thrown in was full of water. Phoned to sort it out got a fob off and I will get a manager to call...nothing as yet.

Hidden next to a pub this place was amazing. First the staff go out of their way to help. We were offered the Wi-Fi code even before we sat down to keep the little one entertained. The food is great sized for the money and the staff do their best to assist selections. They have a lovely accessible toilet as well. Both the waitresses on there today were in good humour and we really felt well looked after. While not local to there should we come back in the future will be sure to pop in.

Ordering online through Just Eat can be a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Due to a weak network in the area, your order may not go through and you won't be able to provide proof of your order details like your name, amount, and order description. In the past, delivery orders have taken over an hour and arrived cold, so this time I decided to order for collection. The food was a pleasant surprise, as I had dined in before COVID and never had any issues. The food was delicious. View menu
