"Heute abend bestellt. Vorab: Pizza und Salat waren gut. Lasagne war nicht gut.Aber der Oberkracher waren die Spaghetti für meine Tochter. Bestellt war eine Kinder-Portion Spaghetti ohne alles (keine Soße keine Butter also trocken ). Nach der Lieferung waren wir doch sehr erstaunt und vor allen Dingen verärgert über den Preis: 6,70 Euro. Zum Vergleich : Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce kosten 6,40 Euro oder auch ne kleine Pizza Salami kostet 5,20 Euro. Nach Anruf dort konnte man mir diese Logik auch nicht erklären. Es wurde mir gesagt das diese Nudeln mit Aufwand verbunden sind und der Preis gerechtfertigt sei. Und im Verlauf des Gesprächs sagte die Dame mir der Preis sei halt so für mich würde man den bestimmt nicht ändern. Auf den Hinweis das man wohl sehr gut mit Reklamationen umgehen könne und das wir dann nicht mehr bestellen würden bekam ich die Antwort das das ja meine Entscheidung sei. Fazit: nie mehr..."

"Wir haben bisher den Eurener Hof genutzt, um besondere Anlässe zu feiern. So auch gestern Abend. Der ganze Abend war aber ein Desaster: die Vorspeise meiner Frau kam mind 10 Minuten nach meiner, mein Hauptgericht sollten gebratene Rinderfiletstreifen auf Bandnudeln sein, es war eher ein nicht gebratenes Gulasch/Rindergeschnetzeltes auf Bandnudeln auf einem tiefen Teller, das sehr an ein Kantinengericht erinnerte (auch die dabei üblichen Brokkolirösschen haben nicht gefehlt). Die grüne pfefferrahmsauce beim Gericht meiner Frau war eine pampige Rahmsauce, die neben dem lieblos auf einem weißen Teller angerichteten Salat (ob hier die Môhren u Krautsalat frisch waren) eher Kantinenflair hatte. Der Kellner war sehr nett, hat aber außer vielen Entschuldigungen nichts präsentiert. Wir haben viel Geld für das in keinster Weise entsprechende Essen bezahlt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden nicht mehr hingehen!"
