"Last night we were a group of 14 people who had dinner at their restaurant, the truth that the staff on the ground floor despite the great workload they had managed to provide an exemplary service. the night was normal and we were happy with the restaurant chosen. After dinner we went up to the second floor to drink the first drinks of the night. We order drinks, cocktails and beers. Unfortunately the service on that plant was very unfortunate. It took more than 50 minutes to serve us 4 cocktails and beers (the drinks only took 15 minutes), I have to say that there were only 3 groups counting on us. the treatment of the commissioner of gysela was shameful, a treatment without any kind of education very similar to that of a bar woman a worker without qualification, without any desire for his work and inefficient. In fact, this e-mail is only informative and a mere opinion that was heard by other agreed customers. I learned that I was in charge when I went to ask the manager to congratulate me on the service at dinner and my discomfort with that worker. If you'd been there, I think you'd check that the picture in your restaurant isn't the one you want. I hope that this type of email will help you reconsider some staff from your company. Casa Mono es un lugar maravilloso para ir, incluso si es para tomar una copa de vino. lugares, hermosos. El vino es magnífico y el aperitivo que nos acompaña son las aceitunas que no son de este mundo. El personal es siempre muy amable y servicial. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos allí. Ese es nuestro lugar al que acudir. Estamos en Madrid dos meses. Es bueno volver cada dos días. Por cierto, allí el vino de Ribera es espectacular.
