Had a group Xmas lunch here today. First class food and service! Best turkey ever.

The service and food was great, the staff were friendly and Harvey (the Dog) sat quietly under the table. We had the Sunday Dinner and could not fault it

Went Saturday, absolutely fab, beef borg, fish pie, prawn starter, graze bowls, pizza, burger, pasta were great. , 12 of us, all loved it, staff fabulous, prices fab, great portions

The place has gone to the dogs… the entire restaurant was full of dogs. We were the only couple without one, and most were feeding theirs from the table. Where is the hygiene and health and safety? Shocked, Horrified and won’t be going back. View menu

Charging £1.50 for half pint kids squash is utterly disgusting and totally unacceptable was it made with pure water from the alps. We ordered kids scampi got 6 chips, barely cooked scampi, peas lemon and tartare sauce. we only had a drink as food was expensive, not sure if prices were raised for the eat out scheme I think so that's why such expensive orange squash. Will Not return

We (4) went for Sunday lunch at a 2.15pm time slot. Had food to table very quickly by 2.25. Suggests all was pre-prepared and not fresh. However it wasn't bad at all. Down Point really was that the restaurant, in the Glass House, was cold. Heating should've been on. We had to leave after main, could not languish over drinks or order pudding as we were, indeed, cold. Sunday November 12th, 2023.

First impressions count so passing this business a couple of hours before it opened I was amazed to see through the side windows old chips under one table, a couple of days later a half eaten ham sandwich under a table . Hygiene and cleanliness is paramount in any establishment serving food. It was quite clear that not only had the floor not been swept properly on at least two occasions but had not been mopped either. So my intention to visit for a meal was quickly cancelled. View menu
