Why 4* first because at the level of the shower a lot of moulds and the wall panel between the two windows. On the other hand, television has very few French channels. The staff is very welcoming and very attentive. Very good table.

Everything was perfect! The rating of 4 for the service is just for the meal that is traditional and not gastronomic. It's a very good address we haven't been disappointed. And the staff is fine! There is a lift and access for disabled people good to know

Closer to a 5 stars than a 4, this castle by the cordiality, availability and kindness of each gives the feeling of being received in its own family. I had dinner with a group of friends and we found the service a little long, too bad there was a lot of waiting despite the copious and quality dishes. Not enough staff yet so professional. We took advantage of the swimming pool and the magnificent setting. I would come back for lunch or for an aperitif, appetizing cheese cart. But more for a shameful dinner. Service: 3 Location: 4

this was the most relaxing and pleasant family holiday of all time! the château de la cazine is simply beautiful. elegant and quiet, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. with our sons we had an amazing time to play tennis, in the pool, ride and short nature walks. the restaurant is very nice, beautiful French menu, the staff is efficient and friendly. the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the decoration is beautiful. it is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday!

Very nice place, very invested staff available and smiling, but it can't hide the lack of maintenance of the hotel, the bed linen is too soft, the joints of the shower are to redo, the windows are made only to man height, the rest is not done. We feel that the staff gets hurt, but the hotel is not at the height of its 4 stars breakfast is very average, the coffee is bad and there is no Nespresso machine which could save the awakening! The breakfast buffet is very different. Too bad.
