"On Friday, July 1, 2022, I went here during a bizarre cycling tour across France and back, together with a number of other cyclists, including James Costello, Tony Gasparro and Christine Buzzell, Ype, Wijnand, Anneke and Rob. One of the most legendary evenings, as all other bars in St. Claude were already closed. The staff at Chicas Candela indicated that it would close at 10 p.m., but they ultimately stayed open for us until 1 a.m. The atmosphere was phenomenal, tequila and alcohol flowed very freely. We were allowed to request music numbers, the pan flute was played and we laughed a lot. I think it was the best night in a long time. The next day we went back to say thank you (or, well, Christine), because the rest was very much in bed. If I am in St. Claude again I will go here again."

Great cocktail bar and smoothie. The staff is super nice and very welcoming. The place is very quiet and with a large terrace. Possibility to eat and stay late in the evening to make the party. Instead of seeing and testing if you pass to Saint Claude.

If you want a restaurant where half of the products are missing, this is the place to go.... No craft beer, no tortillas, although on the menu the price charged is not the one displayed because according to from the waitress 2 prices displayed charge you according to arrivals.....they are nice but we were very disappointed.
