Food was awful pretty sure it made me ill. I will NEVER get so called from here again. Please do not eat anything from here!

Our family have ordered from China Palace for the last few years. We always order through Just Eat. Delivery is always quick and food is delicious.

Enjoyed freshly made Chicken in Mandarin Sauce, fried rice perfect. Curry sauce hot but tasty. Salted Chilli Chips were yummy too stuffed now. Would definitely order from here again. View menu

Have ordered from here before and they ensured my meal was gluten free (celiac). Phoned to order tonight and was told they are too busy to make anything gluten free. Disgraceful customer service. Will not be back.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. I ordered a meal for my family and it took nearly 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. There was not even an apology when I called to inquire about the delay, just the usual response of "it's on its way". This is a total disgrace.

We ordered a family meal for my mom's 50th birthday, but after waiting for 2 hours with no food and getting hung up on multiple times when trying to call, we were extremely disappointed. This experience definitely put a damper on my mom's birthday, and we will not be returning to this restaurant. Very unhappy and frustrated with the situation. View menu

Just bought over £45 worth of food and while it was average at best, the thing I found a bit strange was the chicken noodle soup- without chicken. I mean has this restaurant got no pride in what it serves to its customers? Embarrassing and just underlines that they have no interest in their food or their customers, only making money. Will not order from this place again and would advise others to give it a wide berth!

We were going to be passing by so we ordered a meal for collection, as we haven't been in a while. It is only takeaway only now as the seating has been taken away? We arrived at the time stated when phoned but it wasn't ready, so we had to wait another 10 mins but when we got to the car we realised the curry sauce was missing so we had to go back. When we finally got home, we enjoyed our meals, they were piping hot and great sized portions. The only criticism was the curry sauce tastied peppery? Which I found odd but everything else was great.

I ordered from this restaurant last night and was disappointed to find that the food did not seem to be the same quality as usual. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to order from them again tonight. I ordered my usual honey and chilli shredded chicken with fried rice, but the food took over 90 minutes to be delivered and was incorrect. Instead of my usual dish, I received a black pepper sauce. I called the restaurant and they said they would send out the correct order, but it took nearly an hour for it to arrive.
