Great Chinese, no microwaves pinging and actual sounds of chopping coming from the back for our order. All three dishes and starters were hot and tasty. Good sized portions with good mix of meat and veg. View menu

This Chinese restaurant isn't too bad for a farewell meal. They really know how to prepare tofu, which is not something you can find just anywhere. The buns weren't complimentary and didn't taste fresh, but overall I thought the Chinese dishes were decent.

I tried to resolve this issue by calling the takeaway, but no one was willing to listen. The staff were defensive from the very beginning and were rude, constantly talking over me and even laughing while I tried to explain the situation. They refused to find a solution and suggested we waste police resources by having them intervene! Really?! They hung up on us multiple times, made it clear they didn’t mind losing customers like us, and dismissed the fact that we had spent £35 on this horrible experience. If I could give zero I would. Absolutely disgusting. £35 I’ve just thrown in the bin. Cold and tasteless. Chicken in the fried rice was mushy. Meat in chow mein was dry and over cooked. Restaurant won’t answer the phone to take our complaint. *Update* They finally answered the phone , they hung up the phone the first time. We called back , now the woman on the other end of the phone just wants to shout at us. Not listening or communicating with us. No resolution given or even attempted.
