"Looked at the reviews beforehand as we were visiting Llangollen and thought we would give Chopsticks a try..We were sorely disappointed because we walked into the takeaway the reception was surly with no smiles or welcoming service at all, which always puts me right off a place. Picked up our food and for the price it was very average. If you are really hungry I would advise you to order a lot more than intended as the portions are really small. I won't be going back there in a hurry."

The food was subpar, we ended up having to throw most of it away. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you can.

Barely any meat per portion, loads of really nice veg though. BBQ ribs really nice. Rice chips okay. Salt pepper items had no spice. Sweet sour sauce tastes vinegary.

The food at Chopsticks tasted charred and was not very hot. Half of it ended up being tossed away. Since I only visit this area once or twice a year, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Terrible food! Meat dishes were mainly onions, satay sauce and gravy were inedible! £82 spent and most went in bin! Preordered on phone and then waited half an hour when we got there! Staff also rude. Never again!

My hubby and I go here all the time love the people and the food is piping hot, fresh and delicious. I am so sorry to see that there are a couple of not so nice reviews, but in the last 3 years, we've never had anything but great service and great food... hope you give it a try x

My husband and I have visited Llangollen numerous times, but this was our first experience ordering from Chopsticks. We tried the King Po King Prawn and Duck in Plum Sauce with Egg Fried Rice. The meal was absolutely delicious, with a generous amount of perfectly cooked vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be returning to Chopsticks next time we are in the area.

Grabbed a takeaway for my family tonight. We usually go to Chirk but needed something in llan. The mushroom chow mein and chicken chow mein were lovely and even my daughter ate hers. My son's chicken fried rice was a little bland for him but he added soy sauce and said it was lovely and he had prawn toast which he loved too. The lady who served was very polite and friendly. Would definitely use again x
