We always have good food here and it’s one of my favourites in Ipswich. The only downside is the music can be a little loud but it’s still amazing.

Average curry, below average service, not asked if food ok, not offered dessert, brought bill before we asked for it almost immediately followed by the appearance of the card machine, won’t return, might as well have gone to Wetherspoons for similar quality food at half the price.

I was craving for dal tadka and okra so badly and Chutneyz satisfied my craving. Every time I miss home food, this is my go to place and they have never failed me. Their generous portions allowed me to have more than sufficient food for lunch the next day. Thank you Chutneyz for maintaining your quality and standard always. Most importantly for staying true to its taste.

We have been visiting Chutneyz since 2021 and I find it absolutely scrumptious. The owner is so welcoming and the ambience is soothing. We get to hear our favourite Indian music all the time. We have tried almost everything from the menu and it's outstanding. Taste wise I would say it's more than perfect Naan bread absolutely fluffy and buttery dal makhani was buttery smooth loved it and the snacks pani puri and aaloo tikki chat absolutely tantalized the taste buds flavoursome cuisine View menu

Worst place to eat your food. Ordered 2 lamb vindaloo and garlic with coriander naa, look at the state of it. There is barely any lamb inside both mainly sauce and naas are completely burned. Called to get replacement but was told they are short of staff they cannot bring me replacement, they will do discount next time i order. Do you really think there would be next time when you can’t sort it out first time. Also as you can see when I said I will write review his reply is a joke. Wonder why it was quite in there with no customers. No apology or effort to sort out.

This is the only authentic Indian restaurant in Ipswich. We ordered Tomato soup which was not on the menu). Chef Rahul happily offered us an alternative Tomato Shorba which was amazing ! We ordere Jal Jira for drinks, a unique Indian soft drink. for starters we ordered. Vegetarian, mezze platter, it had excellent taste and variety. For mains we orderedd malai kofta veg makhani. The tastes were mouth watering. The thin and crispy garlic coriander naan was perfectly done, so was layered crisp paratha. We finished off with special Vegetable Biryani with unique flavour and taste. Overall a great gourmet dining experience!

Wow! Amazing authentic Indian food. No pressure to eat sweet creamy curries with rice and breads which is what you find in so many Indians. Instead there was loads of starter/small plate options as well as platters. Still curries, rice etc available for those who want it, paneer, vegetarian, fish and meat options. We had a meat and vege platter to share between 3 of us. Tasted divine. Then some of us opted for further small plates, whilst one had a curry with bread. All freshly cooked, amazing spices. Service was great, took plenty of time no rushing us. Only downside was drinks are quite pricey but they were happy to provide tap water too. Will be back. View menu
