I liked this restaurant well enough for its service and a very classy environment However, perhaps I'm just not posh enough for this sort of place.

recently, this place for a celebration of life and easy to visit the best customer service I receive and testify. Thanks to their staff and especially thanks kai, who were brilliantly interacting with the children and always smiled during the order was done.

I've been here a few times and it was chic. no music. no atmosphere....much overpriced drinks......if I want to pay for a pint I want to go a round dance with him....every way...much better now are the one dj and big TV screen....Bar staff are big.p.s.gents wc is tiny...what is harder at urinal.

I would give 10 stars if I could. louize was fantastic from our planning phases to the high-time! she made us feel comfortable, relaxed and that was never a problem. louize is really professional at her job, no stone is not left behind, she is on-it! all our guests have traveled over eating, so a massive thanks to the cook for all with a mouth water amazing meal! the personal was all friendly with fast service at the bar. for maternal lunch was the service of a girl I unfortunately did not name her, really good. the rest of the staff left it for them, but we asked for the bill and had to wait for more than 10 minutes, and then, when it came, it was not the correct amount, so another wait to fix this. Eating was okay, nothing special, and my yorkshire pudding was burned, which was not great. my gran ordered ice to be brought with sorbet, and when it was sent back, we said they had no more ice, that was before 4 o'clock. the place is beautiful and with better eating and service it could be a really good afternoon out!

louize and the whole team are excellent. from the first email, tour through the venue, open days for our high time, everything was seamless. zitation is a spectacular building and has the beautifully enchanted interieur with cherry blossom, fairy light staircase and exposed windows. all the extras were perfectly executed, eating was wonderful and drinks flew all day and night. everything was perfect thanks to the louize and her wonderful team, the day ran like a dream and they coordinated all the suppliers effortlessly. the whole day was pure love and magic, many thanks again from below to our full heart!

four colleagues on a regular pick up decided to a meal. it was Friday november and we came to the bar originally, as the restaurant was still open, just as we wanted to order, we were asked to move to the restaurant. it has good over a cover, but as the first arrive we were directed at a foot place table. not ideal! when we asked ourselves to move a little bigger (e.g. to assemble tables) we were told that the others were needed later. it was and when we were there were other people in the restaurant. did not flow over! fortunately, one of the waiters moved us to a bigger table. the food and service...read more View menu
