Clara Vere - Menu

with the family on short trip to berlin we searched for a restaurant for the first time in this opposite. just around the corner of our hotel on the evening of arrival a very nice evening spent here. solid kitchen with very attentive service.We are not expected here. Great.

all the dishes and the wine were excellent. lachs and table-spitz-Brühe-super! as the main course the beautiful Schnitzel lake very good. then dessert: Kaiserschmarrn-sensationell, absolutely try! the wee, first tried-then seviert, great!The wee was very attentive, hospitable, what do you want more?

intimer place with few seats and candles on the tables. not much choice on the menu (even in English,) the service is good and the owner is nice and accommodating. we ate an excellent calfswienerschnitzel, accompanied by an salat babyspinate and salt potatoes. a delicious panna cotta, garnished with mangosauce. the price is a little above average, but believe me, it's good money.

we had ordered two white carvings and got 2.5 portions. the restaurant has the claim to process high-quality ingredients and also meets the claim. also the backhenderl, which can be preordered if not present on the card. it is served very elegantly as a small tower and is deliciously juicy and cross. because the restaurant is located in a side street, you can also sit out in summer. all in all: highly recommended.

we were in the clara vere twice. the food is handmade well made, with creative ideas quite distinctive.The service is very warm, which lets us look over the one or other small forgetfulness. the address was direct and familiary, all in all we felt very willing.The card is clear, which is always very happy - especially when the quality is so good throughout.With a bit of luck, there are also self-willing live music (claudia lahmann - great voice, great drama,) and then you understand why so many master guests can be found here!

I still don't know why I've passed here for years. in future this will no longer happen! why? because the clara vere is convincing white: with an Austrian kitchen, clear menu, balanced wine card, unobtrusive service and a special interior note. the Scottish salmon to the appetizer is absolutely recommended, also for the eye deliciously prepared with granat apple seeds. who wants Austrian cuisine does not come past the wiener schnitzel. I don't! it was thin with delicious panade and obligatory potato salad. the latter deliciously made with a clear but retaining lower note. a pleasing green Veltliner.
