"Here with a bus load from work on a conference Quickly seated and order taken at 7.10pm We all waited and waited 8.35 pm we had the picture attached delivered to our table a medium rare steak and 6 chips a tomato and a mushroom The steak was left by 3 of us due to it being overdone and full of grizzle Horrible isn't the word,one of my work colleagues frank even said where's the rest of my steak and chips ??? Is that it after waiting an hour Very poor indeed"

If you are staying at the hotel, you must try the food. I have never tasted chips like them before in my life. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and there is a lovely view overlooking the old docks.

Returned this week for coffee and cake with two colleagues. I had forgotten how peaceful and lovely the view is from the restaurant. From the front of the hotel you would never know what a lovely aspect the restaurant has.

Only 1 person serv ing up to about 20 tables, the bar and clearing/clearing tables. Wait for everything drinks, ordering food, the food and the bill. Other staff around but they generally served other tables and room service orders. View menu

We decided to have dinner before heading to watch a match at Old Trafford. The restaurant manager accommodated our group of 10 without any issues. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. The restaurant is conveniently located near Old Trafford.

I don 't expect much from hotel restaurants, but this was lower quality than usual; Fish and Chips you normally can 't ruin, but it was dry and tasteless. I 'd challenge the 'homemade ' tartare sauce seriously, whose home? Take a walk down the road, you get better food, and spend less.
