"After many years, this restaurant takes on a well-defined identity: that of Roman and Lazio cuisine, carried forward by Alessandro, a chef born in the profession, whose mother is called the late Anna Dente. Well-executed dishes with a strong flavour, fair portions and reasonable prices. The only dish on which I would slightly adjust the approach is the artichoke alla giudia, whose consistency suffered too much (I think) from the passage in the salamander or, perhaps, the second frying. Apart from this, everything was excellent, including the sweet ricotta and sour cherries. Finally, a worthy mention goes to the almost exclusively Lazio winery, in spite of those who say that we still don't know how to make wine. Conclusion: go there and prefer it to the Roman cuisine restaurants in the area, which are much more famous, but which have now been lost along the way"
