"first visit last night and we had a brilliant time. the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I asked if they had a wee they did not serve, and the waiter suggested an alternative that was perfect. my partner has a heavy nut allergy and although we mentioned it on a waitress, it had been clearly communicated among the employees, as another waiter was aware when he talked to us about desserts. our meals were deicious and portion size is good for the price. we will return!"

we were a party of three grown-ups, nice to let us in without a booking. eating was very tasty, beautiful ambiente and friendly waiting staff. only small problem was that loos are available at the top, back and very cold with only cold water.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was stunning and for what it was I think was more than reasonably priced. Definitely come back when we visit again. had a really tasty breakfast here not only professionally cooked full English, but it came with juice a pot tee everyone and toast, extraordinary service also, friendly staff, the spatialities are flawless clean, I said to the woman don't let them make the best of it as it is rare to have a towel serviette at breakfast!

my partner that I came to dinner tonight after a long trip to chester and my gott we were glad that we did it! Eating is excellent, and the service is just as good! all 3 waitresses (Berry, that we did not get their names! we are attentive, polite and nothing was too much. would definitely return to future visits in chester! "On arrival the staff where lovely , we ordered our meal . The lasagne sounded good so both ordered the same. What a disappointment, it was stodgy and too much tomato , hardly any cheese. I have never left a lasagne but could only manage...half of it , as did my friend. and that was a struggle. It reminded me of a cheap lasagne from a bargain supermarket or school meals , the worst I have ever had.! Even the garlic bread was very dry, so we thought the pudding would be better , creme anglaise was curdles and hard ... I left half of it .. my friend left all of hers as it was just tasteless, and slightly frozen .. sad because we used to love this restaurant , wont be going back for a long time ."

"went to atina after other reviews . my mother took to late lunch and was more than happy. the waiter was a credit for the business and eating enthusiastic my mother and me as a vegan who can often find the menu the same. we shared a tapas of combinations all that were delicious at the side a glass of house wine. beautiful atmosphere, attentive service and tasty eating"

"We made a reservation, which was a smart decision considering how busy the restaurant was. We were seated at a booth table, which wasn't ideal for me because I'm short and couldn't easily move around the velvety material on the seat. The foot rest under the seat made it even more uncomfortable. Luckily, a staff member noticed and kindly moved us to a more suitable table. The food we ordered, including the margarita pizza, was delicious and arrived quickly. However, I didn't care for the dim lighting, which didn't enhance the ambiance. The restaurant was bustling and noisy, so if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing meal with friends, this may not be the best choice. The dim lighting can be seen in the pictures of the restaurant."

"The only disappointment was where we were seated: people were standing behind us and kept knocking into our chairs because they were very drunk. Perhaps they should seat people who are eating separately from those who are drinking. I had to speak to them to ask them to stop knocking into our chairs. The waitress was amazing, although I didn't catch her name. She kept asking if we wanted our drinks refilled so we didn't have to go to the bar. The food was absolutely outstanding."

"First visit to Urbano today and we weren't disappointed. Although it was very busy, we were greated by a very friendly member of staff and shown to a table. We only wanted drinks and were offered cocktail suggestions, one of which we chose it was so good, we ordered a second one each. Service was quick, staff were all smiling and friendly. We will definitely return for food next time we are in Chester."
