"Have been to this restaurant several times before and thoroughly enjoyed the setting and ambience. However, we took friends there two weeks ago and found the food to be most disappointing. Two of us had as a starter chèvre salad which was basically two small pieces of goats cheese on toasted bread with lettuce. For the main course we had the aubergine special which again was two thin pieces of aubergine covered in so called parmesan. One of our guest had pizza which was of very poor quality with a soggy base. All this for a set price of Euro 26 per head. Not good and now simply living off the back of its fabulous setting. So if you are simply interested in the location rather than the food then this place will do the job!'"

Good atmosphere, nice terrace, pleasant service, food is correct vs price, certainly if you go for a menu.

The lunch that we enjoyed here was outstanding! The salad was so fresh, the warm goat cheese was delicious. The server was kind and made super recommendations.

We came across this by chance. Called in for an evening meal. Tables in a lovely setting with amazing views. My husband had a pizza and I had lasagne which was a bit different but still tasty. Very nice place but very out of the way. View menu

The restaurant is located in the mounts, it has a beautiful view and its garden terrace offers a welcome freshness. The main waitress was very nice, her young colleague seemed unexperimented (errors, a bit rough). The menu of the day and the pizza we took were excellent. We would return.

Hugely welcoming, great menu but the pizzas are hard too ignore. Goats cheese a particular favourite, with green salad with wonderful garlic dressing. Puddings also fab, crime brûlée, chocolate coulant, and decent cheeseboard. Wine by the pichet or bottle, sit on the terrace or under the plane trees, and every 2 weeks there is karaoke, with in between French crooners on guitar. Lovely!!

We have been here several times over the years. The location alone is worth having lunch. The lambchops were OK but not refined as one hopes in France, good for hungry people, we thought it was ample since we are not hungry travellers!Dessert tasted good but too much, half the portion would be more than enough. But I realise they also need to cater for the big appetites.Next year we probably return since it is conveniently closeby and nicely situated. View menu

We used to visit this restaurant frequently under previous management. It was always good. Fortunately, the new owners have maintained its reputation. We had a very nice dinner here. The service was great even though the restaurant was thronged. The portions were quite large. We were allowed to take the leftovers home, something which was new to us in France. Pizza seemed to be the most popular dish, although we did not try it. There was ample parking, and you could eat inside or out.

We went here for the 2nd time. First time was in 2015. We had the starter salad with goat cheese. Very basic. The chicken was the food of the moment. It was a grilled chicken of the farm leg with very little meat on it. It came with 2 small potatoes, small dish of ratatouille and carrot mash. We had the lasagna as well, meat soaked in grease and hardly any pasta. The pizzas wereok, we have had better ones. The lemon merengue is too avoid, way too sweet. The creme brulee did not have much taste. The chocolate desert on the other hand was very delicious.
