"Pizzeria TOP per vari motivi: prima di tutto ho tante allergie e intolleranze e ho apprezzato tantissimo mangiare la pizza senza stare male! Poi l'impasto è buonissimo ma soprattutto leggerissimo e digeribile al massimo. Ho acquistato da asporto e sono stati gentili e puntuali! Calcolata la qualità della materia prima (per molti ingredienti sono locali a KM0! il prezzo è giusto. Penso diventerà la mia pizzeria di riferimento"

"During a daily trip in Trebbia valley, knowing the stories about this place and is gnocco fritto or torta fritta I have been there with my wife for a saturday lunch. LOGISTIC: restaurant is located in the main square of Gossolengo Village; it is well indicated. Car parking is available on the streets nearby. Due to nice day, we decided to eat on pergolato instead inside (in which in any case was full of people). SERVICE: personnel is very friendly: they are suggesting you what to eat, how and when.....giving also a choice on the daily dishes out of menu. FOOD: we decided to get torta fritta (the best in the area, not oily at all, warm and huge) , salamy (we got 6 different types of salamy but I was expecting somehting a bit more) and cheeses (3 types: very nice); 1 liter of homemade wine (cold Bonarda, nice) and desserts (tiramisù and pannacotta ai frutti di bosco). Coffees and homemade grappa to close the lunch. We spent there nice 2 hours, atmosphere was great (like to be home) and the place is a must to be visited while going in that area!"

"personally one of the best pizzas in piacenza and its surroundings, easy to reach. served on the wood cutting board is very good, with an elongated instead of round shape. if they want them to eat, even what they call cloud very soft, that ample spicy and soft teig, which is served with a coat of about 1/4. the personal is always ready and with good weather there is also an inn to eat. reasonable prices."

"Ero già stato in questo locale un mese fa per pranzo. In quella occasione abbiamo potuto gustare un menù fisso eccellente. Gnocchi in due tipologie diverse di condimento e la porchetta. Tutto abbondante e delizioso.Stasera, invece, abbiamo provato la pizza. Essendo amanti della pizza più spessa, ci è stata consigliata la Pinsa. Così abbiamo preso pinse e normale con antipasto di patatine fritte. Quest'ultime sono state spettacolari. Non unte, calde, croccanti al punto giusto, con la buccia e grandi. Come piacciono a noi.Le pinse ottime, con un impasto morbido e croccante allo stesso tempo. Condimenti di ottima qualità e abbondanti. Ho preso una pinsa con crudo, scaglie di grana e gorgonzola... era stracolma di prosciutto e di grana di ottima qualità, non salato. Anche il gorgonzola era leggero e si sposava perfettamente con il resto. E' stata una vera scoperta!!! Prezzi nella media piacentina. Straconsigliato!!!!!"
