Most food microwave not cooked.. money grabbers. Service awful. Would not tell anyone to use this place, I definately will not again.

Love the food here. Cooked to perfection. Have had takeaways and eat in and it's the same. Good choice. Well cooked and great taste. Bit of a hidden treasure in West Bromwich as its a bit out the way, but well worth a visit.

Wow what can I say just been in tonight for a catch up with my sister and for a bite to eat we were very pleased with the service we got. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food was served very quickly to high standards to be fair and very tasty. Felt very safe with COVID precautions will be visiting again

food is tasty..but rip off. for the portions it is more expensive ..the veg soya tikka charge 6.95 more than meat tikka, for one person. and the naans is £2 so its £8.95 for one person. day light robbery. im surprised it is still running. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY DONT SEEM.TO BE BOTHERED SO CUST SERVICE IS RUBBISH PLS DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE

love coming here food is brilliant but i think new management has let the place down bought drinks on 3 different occasions and they mess it up every time and i ended up paying for it not saying its are mistake sat on a table then telling me its reserved no sign on soon as they tell me they put the sign on the table i just walked out didn't want to make fuss very disappointed.

I have visited the Cross pub several times recently, but I don't think I will be going back as frequently in the future. Every time I have visited, whether it was early or late, it has been really cold inside with no heating on. When I asked for the heating to be turned on, I was told they didn't know how to light the pilot light on the boiler. When I asked again later, I was told it had been turned on or someone must have turned it down. However, it never felt warm while I was there, so I disagree with their explanation.

Went to curry n grill on a sat just me my brother inlaw just for a chill out drink thought we order 1 item off food So we orded a large mixie £14 I would not order it again not worth it chicken peice very small not very good lamb peice not bad but rest off it I was going to try the curry dish but thought i try something simple 1st Never eaten there before Recommendation to curry n grill use better chicken or slightly bigger peice definitely need to improve on there mixie 100% because other place charge the same but alot better my Honest opinion Honest opinion on the place

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time tonight and I am extremely disappointed. I had heard good things about this place, so I decided to try it out. When the food arrived, the Naan bread we did have was cold. The main dishes were not served at hot temperatures either. To make matters worse, I realized that we were missing two Naan breads. I called the restaurant immediately after the delivery driver left to inform them about the missing items. They promised to bring them soon, but they never arrived. By the time my husband and son finished their meals, my daughter and I were left with cold chips and lukewarm korma. This experience left us very disappointed.

My family has been coming to this restaurant sporadically for years, but we hadn't been in quite a while. The service was terrible this time. The restaurant looks outdated and the staff didn't make us feel special, they were more focused on their delivery orders. There were only 4 out of 6 people in the restaurant, and they still managed to mess up our order. They forgot onions for the poppadoms that we asked for twice, and then they brought out nan breads with only 3 meals and no rice. We had to wait for 5 minutes just to get their attention.
