Let's say it: an authentic triumph of flavors, respecting a culinary tradition that has few competitors in the rest of Italy. our tastes: fried porcini as appetizer (from capogiro, for consistency and goto,) a fillet with porcini chapels and a knife cut tartare with fresh truffle. meat of a decidedly higher level, impeccable preparation. the winery offers the best of Tuscan enology: There is only the embarrassment of choice. the service is inappointable, precise and discreet. prices below expectations.
