"Based on the good reviews online we tried Da Silvio, walking out of our way to visit the restaurant. While it is relatively cheap, I probably wouldn't dine here unless you are on a budget. The pizza was good, but the grilled fish was dry and lacking flavour. The complimentary bread was fairly terrible, wine nothing special and the whole place felt like it needed a good clean. Good if your on a budget or just having the pizza, but if your expecting quality or great service I would suggest you try elsewhere."

This restaurant looked really cute so we decided to give it a try. The waiters were not Italian and the food was not so good. The only thing that we ate that was good was the calamari. Even the wine recommendation we got from the waiter was bad. I would not go there again

The food here is great. I had the filet steak medium rare and it's really good. The staff is very attentive and nice. The owner of the restaurant is a nice guy. The dessert is good here to. My boyfriend had the penne pasta dish with hot sauce its very tasty. The wine selection here is paired well with the meal.

I popped for lunch while exploring Dorsoduro. It was a hot day so nice to sit on the terrace which was full of tales of people who were clearly enjoying the food and atmosphere. The pizza was ok and portions were pretty big. Do check when ordering salad that it won't come with unlisted ingredients.My green salad turned up with a portion of tuna.
