Style, food and customer management from 80's... The classic 80s sea salad. When I happen to come to Luino for work, often and willingly I stop here for lunch. In addition to the à la carte and pizza menu, there is the single menu of the day with first, second, contour, water and coffee at 15€. There is only one first and a second in the proposal, but the portions and quality of food are excellent!! Clean and well maintained premises, very kind and helpful staff. Even at night!

This restaurant is perfect if you are looking for a location overlooking the lake, which serves both traditional and revisited dishes. I was here 2 times, the first time I tasted the carbonara and the second one a spaghetti garlic, oil and chili with bread flavored with basil: both stratospheric! Finally.. from time I wanted to eat in this restaurant, but always crowded and without reservation... I welcome... a little waiting, bring menus. table arranged in a strange way, but elegant .. excellent impression... clean room, friendly and polite staff.. great choice, very good “ the cut of fresh tuna with vegetables... a light dish, but tasty... On August 14 with a couple of friends we were impressed by this clean beautiful place we decided to stop to eat we were accompanied by a waiter just sitting there bringing the menu.... After 10 minutes next to us I arrived other customers not even 5 mnt to them had already served drinking and were ordering... we called the waiters and asked for why the table that was there near us were served before the answer was we were without staff and a little messed up...... our answer was “not behaved like this” the waiter kicked us out of the restaurant saying to go to eat somewhere else.... We were speechless. As far as I'm concerned with the staff and the bad and rude.

On Sunday of a trip to the lake in Luino, we find this restaurant in a strategic position: on the long lake and very close to the roundabout that leads to the nearby Fornasette Pass and the destinations of Ponte Tresa and Lugano.
