"Recommended to us by our hotel we entered restaurant with easy mind as this restaurant has been recommended by Michelin guide. We Opted for degustation menu but from first course defrost fish dry to taste) to overly salty shrimps because they run out...of lobster), wanna be truffle sauce with few sad pieces of truffle from can and again salty sauce and overcooked vegetable and bellow average desert we were set for disaster. Ok, many the price was not the highest but we end up paying 250 euro for flat champagne, old bread with breakfast butter and soup made of dried mushrooms with aromat I swear I have not taste soup like this since I made instant I my student years. Service was trying to cover up lack of freshness and with warm weather seating outside was pleasant but food was sad, and I wonder? How could Michelin guide ever recommend restaurant which doesn’t use fresh and seasonal ingredients? I wish we didn’t visit and won’t be visiting again. It was disappointing and shame on restaurant manager who lets such quality of dishes fly out of kitchen. It is better to be simple than overly posh and not deliver"
