"Délicieux, original. Au lieu de manger des crepes, ce sont des genres de pancakes. C'est délicieux. Et copieux. Pancakes à tout ce qu'on veut, salés blé noir, sucrés au froment.... des garnitures pour tous les gouts. Tout est excellent, et cuisiné frais bien sur, avec des produits locaux uniquement. En plus l'accueil est au top. Et les prix plutot sympas. Je conseille sans problème."

we live in ellis, but don't always come early enough to have an breakfast. when we do this, we stay in ellis. Why travel all the way to hays when gigis is clean, tasty and friendly? we love to have this restaurant in ellis and are happy that there are traveling a good impression of our small town.

A big gem breakfast restaurant in a small town in Kansas, on our way across the country, starving for breakfast, found this place! Best in whole area! Family owned restaurant, we were attended for very friendly and nice staff!! The food was delicious!! we got the get seated right away and had our food fast! Thank you!

You don't wanna miss this place. Friendly, clean, huge portions, cheap. What else could you ask for from a small town cafe? The BBBLT had four slices of supercrisp bacon and was delicious. The child sized cheeseburger was huge. Both come with fries. The rest of the menu looked good. Highly recommend! Warning: closes at 2 pm.
